IMMEDIATELY CHEW AN ASPIRIN TABLET IN YOUR MOUTH and swallow it with a glass of water
Do not delay phoning for help
until after you have taken the pill, do it first, then CHEW
the aspirin and wash it down with water.
If
you live alone, and if you are still capable then you could take your
door off the latch so your neigbour or the paramedics can enter
speedily and without breaking down the door should you be incapable of
answering.
Afterwards, phone
a
neighbor or a family member who lives close by and state "HEART
ATTACK!!!" and that you have taken an ASPIRIN Take a seat on a
chair or sofa wait to for the emergency services arrival.....DO
NOT LIE DOWN !!!
If
