When you are designing a room why not use mirrors to make it brighter. The lighting and light in a room can make a big difference to its appearance. Putting a mirror behind a lamp can nearly double the light output. Place a mirror to catch the light from a window, directed sunlight can bighten a shady corner. The mirror's style is important too, make sure it mathes the pictures and other items in the room. Light tubes can save you money in energy bills and are attractive in appearance.
