System Crashes
Q: On line problems; Frequent System Crashes It seems that whenever I go online that a lot of the time my system crashes and the mouse won't move. This means that I have to turn off my system and I am afraid that my computer will be damaged if this continues to happen so please help -- Patrick Treanor Reply
Answer #1: Try reinstalling the operating system, if that does not fix it then it is most likely a hardware problem and will require a trip to your local computer store. -- Dan Dan Comment
