Q: Cleaning the inside of a dishwasher I need to know how to clean a rusty residue from the inside of my dishwasher. Bonnie Snively Reply Ref:0084

Answer#1: run it empty with a cup of vinegar to clean -- Patti3  

Answer#2: You can purchase a product at the supermarket called Glisten. This will remove stains from the dishwasher. Use according to the directions on the package. It works wonders. I have also heard that Tang will produce the same results, although I have never tried it. Good luck! -- Anon 

Answer#3: Try some aluminium foil in the cutlery section and the rust spots will be gone forever. -- Terkel
